The data is provided in ESRI Shapefile format and reflects information available in the JCAD GIS system as of the date listed above.

2026 Preliminary Data

The Central Appraisal District of Johnson County (JCAD) plans to mail 2026 Notices of Appraised Value for Real Property accounts on Monday, April 20, 2026. Preliminary appraisal data for those real property accounts will be available for download on the JCAD website on April 20, 2026.
Notices of Appraised Value for Business Personal Property accounts are planned to be mailed on Monday, June 12, 2026. Preliminary appraisal data for Business Personal Property accounts will be available for download on the JCAD website beginning the morning of June 12, 2026.
Preliminary appraisal data represents values and information as they exist at the time notices are mailed and may be subject to change due to ongoing review, corrections, protests, or other adjustments during the appraisal cycle.
Certified Data

This download contains 2025 Certified Appraisal Roll data maintained by the Central Appraisal District of Johnson County (JCAD).
The dataset includes property account information and values as certified by the Central Appraisal District of Johnson County for the 2025 tax year in accordance with the Texas Property Tax Code.
